Technology · Software · Security · Infrastructure

One technology partner for different operational needs.

KKCUTS designs, supplies and supports software, security and infrastructure. Tell us the operation. We recommend a practical next step and quote only the work that is agreed.

What KKCUTS offers

Choose the service that matches the organisation.

01 · Software

SmartSafe School OS

School administration, learner records, attendance, fees and access for staff, teachers and parents. Tuckshop and other school services are available where that school enables them. A digital school bell can be quoted with the school technology plan. Its specification is confirmed per site.

02 · Security

SmartAegis Security

Cameras, alarms, gates and monitoring for a school, a home or a business site. School CCTV is quoted after a site visit. It stays separate from SmartSafe unless a connection has been designed and tested.

03 · Hospitality

Hotel and B&B

A hospitality solution for hotels and B&Bs. No finished feature list is published yet, because that software is not a verified release in this project. Suitable businesses can ask about a demonstration or a pilot.

04 · Infrastructure

Networks and IT

Computer laboratories, cabling, Wi‑Fi, servers, backup, websites, installation and support. These services can sit beside the software. They are quoted on their own.

The company

One company. Different solutions.

KKCUTS operates in Zimbabwe and South Africa, providing technology, software, security and infrastructure solutions. Schools can start with school management software, security or computer laboratories. Hotels and B&Bs can enquire about hospitality software, while businesses can request networking, security and managed technology services.

Each solution is assessed and quoted separately according to the client’s needs. Uniforms and apparel stay on their own page, so this company site stays a technology practice. Open the uniform division.

Who it is for

  • School leaders who need operations software, a network, or site security.
  • Hotel and B&B owners who want to discuss hospitality software.
  • Businesses that need cameras, alarms, or a managed technology plan.

Tell us which area you need. A demonstration of the working software is arranged with KKCUTS. The public SmartSafe example uses fictional school data and is not a production login.
